How do I buy a lecture?
Create a student account, open the course and tap “Buy” next to the lecture. Transfer the amount to the professor by Vodafone Cash or InstaPay, then upload a photo of the receipt. The lecture opens as soon as the professor approves it, and you get a notification and an email.
Who do I pay?
You pay the professor directly, to the number or account shown on the payment page, not the academy. Transfer the exact amount shown so it can be approved quickly.
How many times can I watch a lecture?
Each professor sets the number of views for each lecture, shown next to it. A view counts when you finish the lecture, and you can pause and resume within 24 hours. If your views run out, you can ask the professor for an extra view.
Can I watch on my phone?
Yes, on any phone or computer in the browser, with nothing to install. You can use up to two devices, and play one lecture at a time.
When does the lecture open after I upload the receipt?
The professor usually reviews receipts within a few hours. You will be told as soon as it is approved, or if the professor needs a clearer photo of the receipt.
I have a technical problem. What should I do?
Use “Report an issue or suggestion” at the bottom of any page once signed in, describe what happened and add a screenshot if you can. The academy team will look into it.
